Depending on where you want your banner or flag to be displayed, will depend on the best base option for you.  All our bases are made from steel and are either powder coated or chrome plated.  For windy situations, the water bag gives extra weight to the cross or steel plate bases.

-  Luxury bags are recommended for portable purposes.  Bags are already included with the Premium banners & flags.
